In August 2014, Cathay Pacific announced a Boston to Hong Kong nonstop from 3 May 2015, flight CX811, with CX812 coming back. In a September 2025 release, Cathay listed Boston in its summer 2026 North America network. We could not read a current Cathay schedule, so we cannot confirm the frequency, aircraft or winter dates.
Our own business class fare search, run on 20 October 2026 for 4 December 2026 departures, returned no nonstop and no Cathay Pacific itinerary. It listed only two-stop itineraries sold by ANA, the shortest at 26 hours 21 minutes.

Cathay's 2014 announcement put a Boeing 777-300ER with First, Business, Premium Economy and Economy on the route. That describes the launch plan, not the current cabins.
Cathay is now refitting more of its 777-300ER aircraft with its Aria Suite business seat and a new Premium Economy cabin, without naming the routes. So an advisor confirms the cabin and seat on your flight before you pay.
Cathay lists the Delta Sky Club in Logan's International Terminal, near gate E13, as its Boston lounge, open from 05:15 to 21:45 or until the Cathay departure. Cathay's general rule admits First and Business passengers to its lounges; its Boston page gives no separate rule, so confirm access when you book.
In Hong Kong, all six Cathay lounges are in Terminal 1, including The Wing Business near gate 2 and The Pier Business near gate 65, which matters for the flight home. Hong Kong's Immigration Department lets US passport holders visit without a visa for up to 90 days.
