Where our fares come from, and what happens between your search and your ticket.
Many travel sites compare prices and then send you elsewhere to pay. We do not. The booking and the payment happen with us, and an advisor confirms your fare before anything is charged.
That is why a phone number sits at the top of every page. Premium cabin travel usually involves choices about routing, cabin and dates that are settled faster in a conversation than through a form.
An unpublished fare is one that is not listed on public booking sites. It comes from negotiated and contract rates rather than the price an airline advertises publicly.
This is also why they are quoted rather than displayed everywhere. A negotiated rate depends on the route, the dates and availability at the moment you ask, so an advisor confirms the actual figure rather than a page promising one in advance.
The fares shown in search are live results returned at the moment you search. The figure on a route guide is the lowest fare recorded the last time that route was checked, which makes it a guide to what a route typically costs rather than a quote.
Our route guides deliberately avoid printing a price in their written content. The page shows the recorded fare in one place, so there is never a second, older number elsewhere on the page contradicting it.
Premium cabin pricing moves continuously as seats sell and airlines adjust fares. A price you saw an hour ago may not be available now. Nothing is held by searching.
Your final fare is confirmed by an advisor before payment, and you are told the exact amount before you agree to it.
Card details are encrypted, and every access to them within our systems is recorded with who looked, when, and from where. Those records are reviewed on a schedule rather than only after something goes wrong.
We hold PCI DSS certification, the card industry's security standard for businesses that store card data.
You can check the status of a booking at any time using your reference on our booking status page.
Changes, cancellations and refunds follow the fare rules of the ticket you bought, which vary by airline and fare type. Our refund and cancellation policy sets out how to request one and what affects the outcome.
