Japan Airlines (JAL) lists two flights a day from New York JFK to Tokyo Haneda (HND), JL003 and JL005, in its timetables for winter 2025/26 and summer 2026; its page, dated 18 June 2026, shows no schedule after 24 October 2026 yet. ANA lists two daily Haneda and New York pairs in its winter schedule for 25 October 2026 to 27 March 2027, updated on 20 August 2026.
ANA's Narita (NRT) to New York flights stay suspended through 27 March 2027, so ANA's New York flights this winter go to Haneda. American launched a JFK to Haneda flight in June 2024, but we could not confirm on an official page that it operates this winter, and Delta's own Tokyo flights leave from other US cities.
JAL fits its Airbus A350-1000 with First, Business, Premium Economy and Economy. Its First is a private suite with a door and a sofa that converts to a single or double bed, and its Business seat is a private room with a door and a 24 inch screen.
JAL's timetable marks JL003 as an A350-1000 flight, while another JAL page lists all four New York flights on that aircraft. Because the two pages differ, and because our own business class search for 4 December 2026 returned only one-stop itineraries, a Business Class Deal advisor checks the aircraft and nonstop seats for your flight number and date.
The JFK airline directory places JAL in Terminal 8 and ANA in Terminal 7. JAL's JFK page lists the Soho Lounge, the Greenwich Lounge and the Admirals Club, and points late-night JL003 passengers to the Greenwich Lounge because Soho closes at 23:30.
ANA's Terminal 7 lounge page gives Business passengers the Business lounge without a guest, and First passengers both lounges with one guest. We could not find an official ANA page naming the aircraft on its New York flights, so we cannot confirm that ANA sells First on this route; an advisor can check your flight.
JAL's international flights use Haneda Terminal 3. ANA uses either Terminal 2 or Terminal 3 for international flights depending on the destination, and shows the terminal on its flight status page 2 days before departure. Check that page before you plan your ride into Tokyo.
Business Class products differ widely by aircraft. Ask our advisors which seat type operates your specific flight before you commit.
A Business Class ticket from New York normally includes lounge access before departure and, on many carriers, an arrivals lounge in Tokyo. Ask which lounges apply to your booking.
Premium fares vary in how changes and refunds are handled. Our advisors will walk you through the exact conditions of the fare you are considering.
Priority check-in and security cut queue time, but arriving a little earlier lets you make use of the lounge rather than rushing to the gate.
